The hotel is absolutely charming. The staff and manager are lovely and awesome. The facilities are fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with lots of dishes. The location is marvellous and gorgeous for exploring the area. The private garden area and pool provide a relaxed atmosphere. It's just a short walk away from a full winery.

The location of Van Der Stel Manor is ideal - close to wineries, in a leafy suburb, and near the center. The staff were well-trained and had a great attitude. The double room I booked online was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view.

The room I booked was impeccable and elegant with aircon and a comfortable bed. The venue was in a central location next to a water fountain as well as a quiet suburb in Stellenbosch.

This place has a great location, close to the common areas and in a lovely suburb, and it's only 1 km away from Jan Marais Nature Reserve.

The location was magnificent in quiet neighborhood. Moreover, it was close enough to leafy suburb, and the Jonkershoek nature reserve. They served savoury croissants and fruit.

Facilities were really comfortable, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was amazing, adjacent to a water fountain, the garden and a lovely suburb of Stellenbosch. The breakfast spread was excellent with croissants, muesli, scones and fruit. We also appreciated being at a short distance from Lanzerac Wine Estate.

The location is marvelous and incredible; it's so close to the Warwick Wine farm we visited. The Dutch style building is lovely, and the manor is situated in a lovely, leafy suburb. The pool is lovely, and there is parking on site. Plus, the free wifi is a great bonus.

The freshly baked scones served every morning were a delicious treat. The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff. The Cape Dutch property had stunning views and a beautifully maintained garden and pool. The personal touch from the host made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this warm and welcoming hotel. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival and made us feel right at home. The location was great, the building was beautiful, and the breakfast, especially the delicious scones, was a highlight. Van Der Stel Manor is a wonderful boutique hotel with lovely and awesome staff. The location is great and gorgeous, near to nature, with a private garden area and close to the Warwick Wine farm.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown. The staff are amazing and provide excellent service, making you feel at home from the first moment. The rooms are comfortable and offer stunning views, along with a huge minibar. The attention to detail is impressive, especially during the delicious breakfast where you can enjoy the freshly baked scones with cream.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
